"Our home in Bear Creek is a dream come true for us. At first we purchased a lot and planned on building. However, when Mario showed us a model he was building, we fell in love and decided to purchase the home instead. We spend all our time in Miami counting down the days until our next trip to Bear Creek. We have several friends that have homes in Bear Creek and Deerwood Park and every one of us love it here. We were very surprised how easy it was to build a house in Bear Creek while living in Miami. We are so accustomed to the headaches that you deal with in Miami, we anticipated the worst. However, we were very wrong. Mario and his incredible team made it a smooth experience and never missed a deadline. We can not thank everyone enough for making our dream a reality. We especially want to thank Darnell, Mack and Stephanie. They never left a question unanswered, they never left a phone call unreturned and were patient and more than helpful."
